Day after chocolate binge.

I usually don’t eat sweets and chocolate, but when I do, I tend to binge, which is SO bad. The thing that I don’t get about myself is that I feel guilty WHILE I’m still putting each chocolate button into my mouth. But then again, it was Haighs dark chocolate peppermint buttons! Who could resist? Obviously not me, and to the extent that I felt like vomiting. Yes I felt bad, and like most people, I felt as if I gained 5 kilos of fat, just like that. All I could think so was how many calories I had consumed, how much carbs and sugar, and how I would have to make up for it. So in the morning, I did my weights program which lasted about an hour. I was determined to go for a run (even though I loathe cardio) to burn off some extra calories, but my friend was waiting to go to brecky. I was also determined to eat extra clean today and eliminate carbohydrates for the day. For brecky/ post-workout, I had my protein shake with water, and a green apple (10:45am). Luckily for me, I wasn’t feeling hungry at all. Currently it’s 2:45pm, and I’m having a light lunch. A small skinny cappuccino and a small serving of fruit salad. And for dinner, I’m thinking of having grilled chicken breast and steamed vegetables. Depending on what time I go to bed, I might also have a protein shake with water 2.5 hours - 3 hours after dinner. 

Yes we all feel bad when, and if we binge, but don’t forget, as long as you’re willing to, you can always try to make up for it. 

Just don’t ever give up.
